21tk Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 21tk, an online betting and gaming platform operated at 21tk.io and accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 21tk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your registration, access, and use of all products and services made available through the 21tk platform.

The 21tk platform offers a range of online gaming and wagering products including, but not limited to, sports betting (cricket, volleyball, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, and arcade-style games including fishing titles. These Terms are written in English. The English version is the authoritative version for all purposes. If any translation is provided for convenience, the English text governs in the event of discrepancy.

To be eligible to register and use the 21tk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close relative of an employee or director of 21tk or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 21tk platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not as a business or commercial entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact mobile number, and any additional information that 21tk may request for identity verification purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

21tk operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the platform at any time. Operating duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the voiding of any winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 21tk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

All activity carried out through your 21tk account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 21tk immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 21tk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify 21tk promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or residential address. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

All financial transactions on the 21tk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 21tk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard where available, may be added or removed from time to time at 21tk's discretion. Players are advised to check the current list of accepted payment methods in the 21tk cashier section of the platform.

Deposits are credited to your 21tk account as quickly as the relevant payment network permits. 21tk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which 21tk bears no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may be updated from time to time. The following general principles govern all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to fund the account. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity document, a recent utility bill, or other proof-of-identity documentation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section. Verified accounts with an established transaction history typically experience the fastest processing times.
• 21tk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Any funds in your account that are identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms may be voided at 21tk's sole discretion.

All betting and gaming activity on 21tk is subject to the specific rules governing each product or market, as published on the platform. These product-level rules supplement these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable product rules.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, the following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the relevant product rules (for example, cash-out features where available).
• 21tk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any form of manipulation.
• In the event of an error in odds or pricing — whether due to a technical fault or human error — 21tk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to potential delays in acceptance. 21tk will not be responsible for any bets rejected during a period of market suspension.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your account balance promptly after the relevant event result has been confirmed and settled.

For casino and slot games, including titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi, all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 21tk does not influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel.

21tk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer. Players must read and accept the specific promotion terms before opting in to any offer.

General bonus terms that apply across all 21tk promotional offers unless otherwise stated include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unplayed after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Not all games on the platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some game categories may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any one time.
• Withdrawal sequencing: Where a player holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds are used first. Bonus funds are used after the real-money balance reaches zero, unless otherwise specified.

21tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured on the terms in place when the player opted in, unless the withdrawal of the promotion is necessitated by legal or regulatory requirements.

21tk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. 21tk strongly encourages all players to approach gambling as entertainment and to set strict personal limits on the time and money they spend on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 21tk players and can be accessed at any time from the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 21tk account.
• Loss limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period. During a cooling-off period, your account will be restricted from placing bets or deposits.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 21tk platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings voided, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that circumvents normal gameplay or betting procedures.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using 21tk as a mechanism to transfer or clean proceeds of illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 21tk staff, support agents, or other players through any channel.
• Engaging in any activity that seeks to damage the reputation, operations, or systems of 21tk.

All content on the 21tk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, user interface, graphics, text, game assets, and software — is the intellectual property of 21tk or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 21tk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 21tk platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, download, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the platform; modify or create derivative works based on platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the platform; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content accessed via the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 21tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 21tk platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

21tk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.

21tk is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or third-party service failures (including payment network outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that may affect your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.

21tk collects and processes personal data about registered players in order to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal bases for processing, and your rights as a data subject are described in detail in the 21tk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering a 21tk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support at [email protected], subject to the understanding that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to continue using the platform where data processing is necessary to deliver the service.

All personal data and transaction data transmitted to and from the 21tk platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 21tk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the operation of the platform.

21tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 21tk will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will include a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 21tk platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification.
